Sad news is that the most popular Mom in our house left the country 2 days before Mothers Day!


The last look we had of Mom as she departed for her favorite foreign country.


Kelly jetted off to China on Friday for the 2.5 wk surgery trip with Alliance for Smiles. She serves on the team as a recovery room nurse.

Saturday day we cleaned inside Bussie, Saturday night we all slept over in Bussie after watching the movie RV and eating pizza in the rear lounge. The kids moved in and personalized their bunks for a cozy night away from home (in the driveway, plugged in to the wall).


Lots of room for everyone, including a spot under the bed for Zeke.


Sunday we made it to Aaron and Megans house to see Grandma Kathi, freshly arrived from Oregon. Lots of kids- and we made it home by bedtime on a Sunday night (including a stop at the surplus store, hobby store and Costco).


Everyone gathered around the table to sing for 3 May birthdays. (Henry turns 6 on the 12th)


Today, first day of school without Mom at home went pretty well, a couple of things forgotten, but we'll get it right tomorrow morning.


Lauren made a beautiful game board of a game she invented for a school project. Colorful!
